Pune, India – 28th August, 2025 – Opcito Technologies, a leader in Product Engineering, Cloud Services, and DevOps Solutions, celebrated its 10th foundation day, marking a decade of remarkable growth, innovation, and unwavering dedication. The milestone celebration brought together employees, distinguished guests, and company leadership to reflect on the journey, honor a legacy, and look forward to a promising future.
The celebrations began with a solemn and heartfelt tribute to the late founder, Chaitanya Jawale (CJ), whose vision and spirit continue to inspire the Opcito family. Employees were then taken on an emotional journey, watching a video that chronicled the company’s evolution from a small startup to a global player in the technology landscape.
The event was graced by the presence of two esteemed guests who shared their valuable insights. Monish Darda, Co-founder and CTO at Icertis, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Speaking on the transformative power of AI, Mr. Darda emphasized the importance of embracing modern tools and AI platforms to adapt to a world increasingly driven by artificial intelligence. His key takeaway for the audience was a powerful message of "TOOLS AND SELF MOTIVATION."
Dr. Sunil Patil, a respected industry veteran and mentor to startups, also addressed the employees. Dr. Patil, with over 30 years of experience in the IT domain and a distinguished career at Bell Labs, T-Systems, and BMC Software, spoke about the rapid pace of technological advancement. He captivated the audience with an example from his early career, highlighting how the monumental effort once required to create a single neuron is now significantly easier, symbolizing the immense progress made in the field.
A highlight of the celebration was the awards ceremony, recognizing the exceptional contributions of Opcito’s employees. Awards were presented across various categories, including Rising Stars, Outstanding Performers, Excellence Awards, Ace of Innovation, Blogger of the Year, and the coveted Employee of the Year and Team of the Year awards. In a special tribute, two of the company’s co-founding members were honored with the Deca Award.
The celebration also featured a series of engaging videos, including heartfelt testimonials from satisfied customers, a special video from former employees who shared their memories and well wishes, and a fun video where current employees spoke about their experiences working at Opcito. The first part of the anniversary celebration, held at the office, concluded with a traditional cake-cutting ceremony amidst a decked-up office. Employees were also presented with exciting gifts and goodies as a token of appreciation.
The celebrations continued with a lively evening of food, music, and dancing at a nearby venue, where employees celebrated the company’s achievements and the bonds they have forged.
