Candidate(s) must have excellent command on English language, good technical and creative writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively and constructively with all personality types. Besides, he/she should be able to work with global and culturally diverse departments and groups.

Roles and responsibility:

  • Develop high-quality technical documentation for technology domains such as Cloud, DevOps, Blockchain, Product and Test Engineering, and Data Science
  • Writing highly engaging and industry-focused blogs, customer success stories, whitepapers, and newsletters for the organization
  • Analyze customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy and plan
  • Design and develop services-related information (for example, user guides, configuration/troubleshooting guides) for a variety of audiences
  • Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that the information in the document is complete and accurate
  • Research information about the project and blog topics by consulting with subject matter experts, engineers, programmers
  • Conduct a self-review and ensure that the generated content is free from technical, grammatical, and language errors
  • Edit the technical content following the style guideline, incorporate or address the review comments
  • Strives to become an information expert on the product being documented and provides recommendations and ideas to the customer on presentation, structure, and organization of the materials
  • Write unique content for the branding of the company, product, or services described in the website
  • Edit existing blogs/write-ups meaningfully
  • Deliver as per the agreed-upon timelines.

  • Strong writing skills to create engaging content concerning the target audience
  • Excellent marketing communication knowledge with creative and expressive writing
  • Knowledge of SEO focused content writing practices, use of keywords, metatags, and phrases for better search engine indexing and ranking
  • Ability to create professional yet fun social media posts
  • Should be a very fast learner and have excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research skill using multiple sources
  • Should be able to work independently.
